Performances must be no longer than 2.30 minutes. All applications will be considered but not guaranteed inclusion into the Saturday lunchtime or evening Shows.

Once your booking is confirmed, changes or transfers may be requested by emailing us. A $30 administration fee applies to all changes, including ticket upgrades and name transfers. No changes will be accepted after May 27th, 2026 at 1:00 PM.
No Refund Policy
All ticket sales are final. There are no refunds for change of mind, cancellation, non-attendance, illness, missed flights, or any other personal circumstances.
Event Changes & Force Majeure
In the event that the New Zealand Salsa Congress is unable to proceed, is postponed, rescheduled, or modified due to circumstances beyond our control, no refunds will be issued. This includes (but is not limited to) events such as natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, travel or fuel disruptions, war, civil unrest, or any other force majeure event.
Where possible, tickets may be transferred to a rescheduled event date or future event, at the organiser’s discretion.
The New Zealand Salsa Congress reserves the right to change instructors, performers, venues, and workshop schedules due to circumstances beyond its control. All reasonable efforts will be made to provide suitable replacements.
